Synaptics “Can Do” Challenge
The “Can Do” Challenge is one of the most important components of the “Silicon Valley Turkey Trot.” This drive collects critical food that provides thousands of individuals and families with meals during the holiday season.
“For 7 consecutive years, we’ve sponsored the ‘Can Do’ challenge, harnessing the passion of our employees to make a difference in the world. The desire to surpass expectations is built into our DNA, and this year, as we increase our fundraising goals, we’d greatly appreciate your help and support.” – Darryl Carson, Synaptics
Our goal for 2016 was 52,628 pounds and we exceeded it at 52,852 pounds!! So remember for 2017 to give a “High Five for Five Cans” when you donate 5 or more cans of food that will help put an end to hunger! Let us know you’re participating by selecting the “Yes- I’ll bring 5 cans of healthy food to donate to local families on race day” when you register. You can also make a cash donation – where every dollar equals 2.4 pounds of food.
